This course will offer you insight to the uniqueness of your own self. We delve into the Chakra system and explore the connection to each of the 7 main energy centers of the body, physically and emotionally.
You will become Reiki attuned by the end of the course so that you can use this energy healing technique to balance your mind and body towards a whole healthier you. Reiki 2 enables you to help others heal.

Crystal Kids programs
The next Crystal Kids event is October 26. From 5PM we will hold space for the children to come dressed in costume, watch a movie, eat some not dogs and partake in pumpkin carving.
From 6:30 til 9pM dance and play in our community space. Grown ups welcome to stay and have fun or drop off and pick up by 9PM.
Crystal Kids programs are focused on the ‘healing arts’. In various ways we practice creativity and mindfulness to the connections that we have with the environment.
For children between ages 4-12
Included: Art, music, animal therapy, Yoga games, meditation, breath exercise, Earth Science and nutrition.
Private classes for an individual or small groups can be arranged upon request too.
